Rides Magazine

Challenge: At 10:30 AM on a Monday we were contacted and asked to provide multiple locations by that night for a photo shoot scheduled for Wednesday of that week. The client needed to find a parking garage with a great view of the Atlanta skyline. With not even a full day to scout and the additional challenge of finding a parking deck willing to close off their top level on such short notice, we went to work.

Solution: Atlanta Locations scouted, photographed and posted images of 11 locations by 10 PM that night. The client selected their top 3 choices and we were able to secure a location with 1 day notice and staying within their budget.

Home Depot

Challenge: We were contracted to work on a long term project with Ambrosi, to find multiple locations for their client, Home Depot. Ambrosi wanted the location scout to be onsite for the duration of the project so that they could collaborate with the rest of the team working on the shoot. The homes that were to be shot needed to have items that were installed by Home Depot Installation Services.

Solution: Atlanta Locations had a dedicated team member onsite for the duration of the project. Here's how we helped Ambrosi meet and exceed their client's expectations:

Obtained a list of and prescreened Home Depot installation customers
Scheduled and scouted available properties
Created a custom web site for Ambrosi of the properties scouted complete with video, photos, detailed descriptions and directions.
Met with producers, art director and photographers to ensure that their were no unanswered questions about the properties scouted
Secured the chosen locations and managed all necessary documentation and communications with the home owners and local officials
Coordinated landscapers, pressure washers, R.V. and other services needed for the multiple locations
Stayed on location for the shoot days to manage every aspect of the property being shot
